Brad Kuiper is the Owner and Designated Broker of Copper Star Real Estate, specializing in Arizona land, agricultural real estate, large-acreage investments and development opportunities. With nearly two decades of experience in Arizona real estate, Brad has established himself as a respected leader in the state’s land brokerage industry.
Brad began his real estate career in 2008 and spent more than a decade with The Land Agency, where he became one of the firm’s top commercial producers. His expertise encompasses agricultural land, large-scale land investments, development opportunities and helping landowners navigate relocation, succession, liquidation or the transition in or out of farming.
A third-generation member of an Arizona agricultural family, Brad was raised on a dairy farm in Buckeye. His firsthand understanding of agriculture, combined with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master of Real Estate Development from Arizona State University, gives him a unique perspective on the value, opportunities and future potential of Arizona land.
Brad and his wife, Erin, founded Copper Star Real Estate with a shared commitment to providing knowledgeable, strategic and relationship-driven representation. They are proud to call Buckeye home, where they are raising their three children and remain deeply connected to the community and their agricultural roots.
Mark Summers is a seasoned real estate professional serving the Greater Phoenix area, with a special focus on the rapidly growing West Valley. Having lived in the Valley of the Sun for over three decades, Mark brings deep local insight and a firm grasp of Arizona’s ever-evolving market. His 30 years of combined experience in real estate, mortgage, and finance provide a strong foundation that continues to earn the trust of clients and colleagues alike.
Built on guiding principles of honesty, integrity, and a strong work ethic, Mark has developed a loyal referral network and a reputation for delivering exceptional service. His attention to detail, responsive communication, and commitment to each client have led to long-standing relationships and a career marked by consistent results.
Outside of real estate, Mark’s greatest joy is his family. He and his wife Michelle have been married for 28 years and have four incredible young adult children, along with two wonderful sons-in-law. Together, they actively serve in their local church and take part in community outreach. For Mark, meaningful impact starts with compassion and that same mindset carries into the way he serves his clients.

Tyler is an integral part of the Copper Star Real Estate team as a Sales Associate. He comes from a multi-generational Arizona dairy farm family with deep agricultural roots. His paternal ancestors began farming in Wisconsin in the late 1800s, and his great-grandfather moved the dairy operation to Arizona in 1962. Tyler spent his early years on his grandfather's dairy in Casa Grande, Arizona, and, during his college summers, worked on two uncles’ Arizona-based dairies.
Tyler worked as a Development Associate at Scott Communities, where he acquired invaluable experience in underwriting land acquisition deals for residential development. He also worked as an analyst at a family office investment firm, analyzing investment opportunities across various asset classes. Tyler continues to consult part-time for the family office.
With experience in due diligence for master-planned communities, residential development, solar development, natural gas power plant site selection, and data center site selection, Tyler is dedicated to helping clients with optimal land acquisition or disposition, focusing on delivering competitive value to stakeholders.
Tyler's variety of experiences and his agricultural background allow him to serve as a liaison, helping to bridge relationships with agricultural clients whose land holds development potential, guiding them in monetizing their assets for the highest and best use.
Tyler earned a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, majoring in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, from Oklahoma State University, graduating Summa Cum Laude in 2021.
Based in Chandler, Arizona, Tyler enjoys playing guitar, reading about all things land development, and listening to investment-focused podcasts in his free time.
